Tenant must contact Bartow Water and Georgia Power prior to move-in date to schedule transfer of service into tenants name. Evidence of utility transfer request is required on or before move-in date. Trash and lawn care are provided by the LANDLORD. Rent is due on the FIRST of each month. There is no grace period. On the SECOND day, a late fee of $95 will be due in addition to rent. Late rent and fees must be paid through tenant portal via ACH or CC only -- no cash excepted. An application must be filled out online at http://properties.laicrealty.com. There is a non-refundable application fee (approx. $35) to cover the cost of a background check for primary tenant. Should your initial application be accepted, you will be sent an email to fill out relevant information and pay for this service from TransUnion SmartMove. LAIC Realty will receive a copy of your report, once complete. So long as the background check is deemed acceptable, we will contact you to complete the lease and proceed with the security deposit and rent collection. All adults in the unit must sign the lease. Copies of the following documents are necessary prior to moving into the property: Driver's license for EACH adult or other official photo ID, a Social Security card or other official document with your SS# on it for EACH adult in the apartment, a copy of two recent pay stubs or other documented source of income, TWO pieces of mail from your current residence that show where you currently live (example: utility bill, bank statement, etc.) for EACH adult on the lease, a bank statement, and a copy of your car registration and insurance for all vehicles documented on the lease. The initial lease will be for a six month period, with a twelve month renewal if there are no problems during the initial lease. Month to month and shorter leases will not be allowed.
