I gutted the house to the studs, replaced all the systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and finished the house out with nicer features with the intent of living there. My situation job location changed so now, ironically, I rent the house out. Requirements: -minimum 9 month or longer lease -$2750 rent per month -$2750 security deposit due upon execution of the lease -Pets will be considered with an additional deposit and pet rent -proof of income (rent must be less than 30% of monthly gross income) -$25 non-refundable per person for background check I'm looking for renters that will take great care of the place which means keeping the house clean, tending to the yard upkeep, and that communicate well.
